Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled OT Technician to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the surgical team during hair transplant and skin treatment procedures. You will ensure that all necessary equipment and instruments are prepared, sterilized, and maintained, and assist in patient care before, during, and after procedures.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist during Surgeries: Provide support to surgeons and medical staff during hair transplant and skin treatment procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the surgical process.
• Preparation of OT: Ensure the operating room is set up with all required instruments, supplies, and sterile equipment. Prepare the patient for surgery, including draping and positioning.
• Sterilization and Maintenance: Sterilize surgical instruments, equipment, and other tools according to hospital protocols and standards. Maintain proper inventory of supplies and reorder as needed.
• Patient Care Support: Assist with patient positioning, draping, and monitoring during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Equipment Handling: Operate medical equipment in the OT, ensuring everything is functioning properly. Troubleshoot and report any malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in Post-operative Care: Help in transferring patients post-surgery and monitor vital signs and other parameters as directed by the surgeon or medical staff.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of equipment usage, patient information, and any observations made during the procedure.
• Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards to ensure the health and safety of patients and staff.
• Collaboration: Work closely with surgeons, nurses, and other medical professionals to ensure effective communication and the highest standard of care.
Qualifications & Skills
• Education: Diploma or Degree certification in OT Technology or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an OT Technician, preferably in a hair transplant, dermatology, or cosmetic surgery setting.
• Skills:
• Knowledge of surgical instruments and medical equipment.
• Strong understanding of sterilization techniques and infection control protocols.
• Ability to assist in surgical procedures and provide patient support.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications: Certification in OT Technology is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus.
• Personal Traits: Strong work ethic, professional demeanor, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
