Dynamic Synergy is looking for an experienced and dedicated OT Staff Nurse to join our team in Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in the operating room, ensuring that all procedures are carried out in accordance with established protocols and safety regulations.
The OT Staff Nurse will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent patient care. The successful candidate will be required to assess patient needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and monitor patient progress. The OT Staff Nurse will also be responsible for administering medications, providing patient education, and maintaining accurate patient records.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent, a Registered Nurse (RN) license, and at least 3 years of experience in an Operating Room (OR) setting. The successful candidate must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and the ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 3 years of experience in an Operating Room (OR) setting
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
