Your Role and Impact
As an OSHC Educator at Amana OSHC, you will:
Create nurturing, engaging, and enjoyable learning environments
Support the delivery of activities that build children’s confidence, creativity, and social skills
Ensure children’s safety and wellbeing at all times
Assist with daily operations, including supervision, transitions, cleaning, and food preparation
Communicate positively and professionally with children, families, and colleagues
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:
A Passion for Childcare: A genuine love for working with children and supporting their development.
Minimum Qualification: A Certificate III in Children’s Services, Education Support, Youth Work or similar — or actively working towards one. (Diploma not required.)
Required Compliance: Current Working With Children Check (Employee), Child Protection certificate, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
Team Spirit: A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to a positive team culture.
Availability: Must be available for at least 2 morning shifts and 3 afternoon shifts per week - split shift pay applies. (7:00am–9:00am & 2:30-6:00pm).
