Job Description:

Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd is seeking an experienced OSD Quality Control professional to ensure the quality and compliance of Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) products. The role involves conducting inspections, audits, and implementing quality assurance systems in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain quality assurance systems for OSD products.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, deviations, and non-conformances.
• Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Review and approve batch records, SOPs, and other quality-related documents.
• Participate in investigations and root cause analysis for quality incidents.
• Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest quality assurance trends and pharmaceutical regulations.

Requirements:
• Pharma industry experience is mandatory.
• Prior experience with SCADA, PLC, HMI, and automation programs.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles in OSD manufacturing.
• Familiarity with GMP and regulatory compliance in pharmaceuticals.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
