YOUR NEW ROLE
We're looking for a dynamic Organisational Services Consultant to join our Sydney-based team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, impact, and purpose working at the intersection of psychosocial risk, wellbeing, safety, and performance.
What You'll Do:
As part of our Organisational Services team, you'll deliver tailored, evidence-based solutions that support individuals, teams, and organisations to thrive. Your work will include:
Designing and delivering training workshops that build capability, performance, wellbeing and safety.
Leading psychosocial risk assessments to uncover insights and drive change.
Providing individual and group coaching to support growth, wellbeing and performance.
Administering and interpreting psychometric assessments and running assessment centres.
Facilitating conflict resolution, including mediations and team realignments.
Supporting career transitions with empathy and expertise.
Conducting onsite client engagements to deliver high-impact services.
Scoping and proposing organisational development projects that align with client goals.
ABOUT YOU
AHPRA Registered Psychologist
Masters in Industrial and Organisational Psychology OR Business Psychology (desirable)
NSW Driver's licence and own vehicle
Availability to travel (opportunities to travel to remote sites with access to competitive profit share bonus for overnight travel)
Endorsement in Organisational Psychology, or working towards (desirable)
Hogan or other psychometric assessment accreditation (desirable)
Mediation trained / accredited, or willing to obtain
