Order/Quote Management with Supply Chain Exp Contract & Deal Management

2Job Description (JD)
Role: Order / Quote Management Executive (Supply Chain Domain) Location: Jaipur Experience:

1+ Years CTC up to 3.5 LPA
2+ Years CTC up to 5.5 LPA Shift: Rotational (International)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end Order Management (OM) lifecycle from quote creation to order fulfillment
Perform Quote to Cash (Q2C) activities including quote validation, order booking, invoicing coordination
Handle agreement setup and contract management processes in alignment with client requirements
Execute deal management activities ensuring pricing, discounts, and approvals are accurate
Collaborate with global stakeholders and internal teams for seamless order processing
Ensure SLA adherence, data accuracy, and compliance with business policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in Order Management / Quote Management / Q2C processes
Strong exposure to contract setup, agreement management, and deal lifecycle
Prior experience working with international clients / outsourcing companies (BPO/KPO)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Good understanding of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
Ability to work in rotational shifts
