Role Description The Order Processor is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for managing customer orders from receipt through completion. Day-to-day tasks include preparing orders according to specifications, picking items from inventory, verifying quantities and product details, and handling materials safely and efficiently within the facility. The role involves entering and updating order information in internal systems, coordinating with warehouse and dispatch teams, and ensuring a high level of accuracy in documentation and labeling. The Order Processor is also expected to monitor order statuses, support timely shipment, follow safety and quality standards, and communicate any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
• Strong order management skills, including Preparation and Order Processing, with attention to workflow and timelines.
• Experience in Material Handling and Order Picking, with the ability to work safely and efficiently in a warehouse or industrial setting.
• High Level of Accuracy in data entry, inventory verification, and documentation, with a focus on minimizing errors.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with order entry systems or inventory management tools.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow instructions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to stand, walk, and handle materials for extended periods, following workplace safety guidelines.
• Prior experience in order processing, logistics, or warehouse operations is beneficial.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further training in logistics or supply chain is an advantage.
