Job Description
Role: Senior Process Executive
Job Location : Chennai
Education Qualification : Full-time Graduation
Experience : At least 1 year experience in order management
Shifts: Night Shifts
Job Description:
•Telecom Order Entry: Validate the Order Assignment Form, Create ticket, create pricing template and apply discount, check existing contract and perform credit check.
•Book the order or raise queries for missing information.
•Minimum 1 years of work experience preferably in any BPO set up with good communication. •Learn and master the process quickly and meet the client requirement for high quality/accurate order booking.
•Flexible working in night shifts
•Be able to take ownership and responsibility of service request resolution
•Be able to handle e-mails correspondence received on a timely manner through the official channels, which tackles transactional details (i.e. Status updates, actions and SLAs)
•Be able to take inbound/Outbound calls and assist customers with service request resolution requirements, actions and timelines
•Be able to take ownership and action on requests and actively coordinate work to completion
•Ensure non-disclosure of any client specific information and to maintain password integrity
•Be able to meet set goals for Reliability, Efficiency and Quality and adherence to meet the client Requirements
•Be able to assist with reports as assigned by Team Leader.
•Be able to take the additional responsibilities
•Be able to adhere and report information security related incidents without any delay to the right authority. i.e. All information-related incidents, losses
