Job Description
Zal Industrial is a family-owned distributor of fasteners, tools, and industrial supplies serving Southern California for over 40 years. We are looking for an Order Entry & Account Management professional with fastener industry experience to support our sales team with customer orders. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Order Entry & Customer Support: Enter and review customer quotes, orders, and updates with accuracy while communicating directly with buyers and coordinating with the warehouse to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Product Knowledge & Item Accuracy: Use fastener product expertise to verify SKUs, propose alternatives, and support customers in selecting correct parts while helping maintain accurate product and pricing data.
