We are hiring 5 motivated agents looking to build a real estate career, not just work another job.
This role combines leasing, sales, and business development. You’ll work company-generated leads while learning how to generate your own opportunities through networking, prospecting, referrals, and relationship building.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Strong sales mindset• Self-motivated and competitive• Comfortable making phone calls and meeting new people• Coachable and growth-oriented• Reliable transportation• Real estate license preferred but not required• Prior experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, leasing, solar, mortgage, insurance, or automotive sales is a plus
COMPENSATION
Multiple income streams:
Lease commissions• Monthly residual income• Property management referrals• Real estate sales referrals
