Role Description
This is a remote contract role for an Oracle Support with .Net 4+Yr Exp. You would be responsible for providing technical support to applications built using Oracle and .Net. You will be troubleshooting, managing incidents, and working with internal teams to resolve issues that arise in customers' IT environments.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• At least four years of experience with Oracle Support and .Net with a good understanding of the related technologies and tools.
• Experience in providing technical support for complex enterprise applications
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and with customers
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with customer service oriented environments with troubleshooting skills
• Experience with VMWare and Cloud platforms is a plus.
Note :: Immediate joiner (within 2weeks)
Timing :: 2pm to 11pm (For 3 months) after that 8-5
