Oracle Subscription Management Lead Applications Software Technology (AST) Worldwide
Currently, we are looking for Oracle Identity and Access Management Consultant to join our team. This is a full-time position that can sit anywhere in India.
What You’ll do:
• Consult on AST managed engagements, including implementations and upgrades
• Work collaboratively as a member of a Team to design and develop solutions for Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems
• Design, develop, test, and implement identity management (policy service) solutions using Oracle Identity and Access Management
• Provide support to Project Team as well as Team members to troubleshoot and correct problems in the IAM application
• Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Identity and Access Management on premise and Cloud offerings
• Facilitate knowledge transfer
What You’ll Bring:
• 3 +Years IDM technical development experience
• Two or more recent successful implementation experience in oracle Identity Management 12c and/ or Access management 12c.
• Experience in Oracle Access Manager integration with applications such as Oracle ERP, CRM, Websphere, Oracle and Weblogic etc.
• Experience in integrating Oracle ERP, AD, Exchange, CRM, OID, databases, Unix with Oracle Identity Manager for user provisioning.
• Expertise in generic connector development for Oracle identity manager & Access Manager.
• Technical development experience in Java/J2EE (i.e. JSP, Servlets, and JDBC etc.)
• Good knowledge of LDAP and directories and integration of at least 2 LDAPs with Oracle Identity & Access Manager.
• Good knowledge of Active Directory, UNIX, Linux, Windows, etc.
• Knowledge of any other non-oracle IAM Suite would be a plus
• 4-year Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience)
• Follow a software full lifecycle methodology
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people
• Capable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication , active listening and interpersonal skills
• Organized and detailed oriented
• Able to fully utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Adapt to new projects quickly with a can-do, jump-right-in attitude
