Job Description
• Overall, 6 - 8 years of experience as an Oracle Functional consultant
• 5 + years of experience as Oracle Fusion Functional Lead in Oracle ERP in Quote to Cash
• Must have strong experience in Quote to Cash (QTC)
• 5 + years of experience in implementing billing, collections, electronic payments and customer self-service features.
• Hands on experience in Oracle cloud QTC Oracle Fusion Quote to Cash modules (OSS, SO, AR, GL).
• Experience in providing solutions in the integrated platform that connects ERP, SFDC, payment, and collections systems. Salesforce knowledge,
• Experience with Subscription Management, subscription billing, receivables
• Experience in lockbox integration
• Familiar with integrations
• Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, lead trouble shooting analysis, perform functional configuration and manage upgrade testing.
• Work with Q2C Finance stakeholders and other cross-functional business partners to support day to day ERP operations and new initiatives.
• Understanding current "as-is" and "to-be" business processes and propose areas of improvements and automation.
• Contribute to business analysis, system design, business process re-engineering, and change management.
• Support the Quarterly release of Oracle Cloud ERP updates by reviewing, testing, and validating in advance of production release and mitigating any issues found to minimize impact on the business.
• Ability to track and manage service request with Oracle support.
• Proven experience with guiding clients through business process improvements and solving day to day issues.
• Ability to work in a complex global ERP footprint with a strong background on problem solving, Change management and documentation.
• Must have demonstrated ability to design and develop business solutions in ERP.
• Produce and deliver documentation for design, training and application administration.
• Demonstrate expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on highly complex customer engagements.
• Gain client acceptance of the implemented solution.
• Fully comprehend client requirements and translate them into implementable solutions using leading Oracle Cloud practices and processes
