Oracle Cloud Finance – GL / Cash Management / Intercompany Consultant
Work Location: On-site at client delivery centers
Preferred Location: Mumbai

Role Overview
We are currently hiring Oracle Cloud Finance – GL / Cash Management / Intercompany Consultants at Junior and Senior levels to support enterprise financial accounting, cash visibility, and intercompany transaction management initiatives.
Selected professionals will work closely with finance stakeholders, treasury teams, and technical teams to design, implement, and enhance Oracle Financials solutions aligned with accounting standards and enterprise financial processes.
This is a priority hiring mandate with multiple openings across delivery locations.
Open Positions & Experience Required
Senior Oracle Finance Consultant (GL/CM/Intercompany) — 3 Positions
Experience: 6+ years
Junior Oracle Finance Consultant (GL/CM/Intercompany) — 4 Positions
Experience: 1–3 years
Mid-Level Oracle Finance Consultant (GL/CM/Intercompany) — 1 Position
Experience: 3–6 years
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement Oracle General Ledger (GL), Cash Management (CM), and Intercompany solutions
Configure chart of accounts, ledgers, calendars, and accounting setups
Manage journal entries, period close processes, and financial reporting
Configure bank accounts, cash positioning, reconciliation, and liquidity management
Handle bank statement processing and cash forecasting
Configure intercompany transactions, balancing rules, and eliminations
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Integrate GL with sub-ledgers such as AP, AR, and Fixed Assets
Participate in requirement gathering, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
Collaborate with finance and treasury teams to optimize financial processes
Maintain documentation and ensure system stability and performance
General Requirements
Hands-on or project experience in Oracle Cloud Finance (GL, Cash Management, Intercompany)
Strong understanding of financial accounting, general ledger processes, and cash management
Experience with financial close, reconciliation, and intercompany accounting
Knowledge of integrations (ERP modules, APIs, or middleware tools)
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, IT, or related field
Willingness to work on-site at assigned delivery location
