Overview:

Seeking an experienced Oracle Financial Cloud leader to drive finance transformation initiatives, lead ERP Cloud implementations, and partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Oracle ERP Cloud implementations (minimum 4 full-cycle projects).
• Drive finance transformation programs and manage application support teams.
• Act as a liaison between business and IT to deliver effective technical and functional solutions.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.
• Analyze finance, accounting, and procurement processes to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Lead fit-gap analysis, integrations, reporting, and extension design for Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Collaborate with Geo Sales teams to support cross-sell of Oracle tools and services.
• Ensure program delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
• 20+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations and support.
• 10+ years in solution architecture or presales roles.
• Strong expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven team player with strong initiative.
