Job Description

How You Will Contribute:
Resolve incidents and troubleshoot issues across OM, Shipping, Logistics, Inventory, and Procurement modules. Monitor and manage concurrent job failures, ensuring timely recoveries. Develop and deploy fixes utilizing PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and Workflows. Collaborate with business and IT teams to drive ticket resolutions and implement enhancements. Support UAT and transition new projects into steady-state operations.
