Job Description
Primary Skills: 12c & 1+ Oracle Database Administration/AWS/L2 Production Support/Unix
Secondary Skills: Unix Shell/Perl Scripting/SQL-Performance Tuning
Role purpose:
• Experienced DBA.
• Administered Production Databases & have knowledge of different Oracle versions from 12c, 1+ & AWS RDS.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Manager, RAC, Performance Tuning, Database Development.
• Should have knowledge of Active-Passive Cluster.
• Support Database Operations with working close to application team.
• Should have worked with tools like Remedy, Oracle Enterprise manager, Oracle Support.
• Should have Support knowledge for Database upgrade, Migration and perform production checks.
• Knowledge of PL/SQL.
• Must have experience in application support/maintenance.
• Resolve all queries and issues escalated by first line or Customer Support Tam within SLA timeframes to ensure minimum customer impact.
