Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities : 1: Perform many related database functions across one or more teams or clients, including designing, implementing and maintaining new databases, backup/recovery and configuration management 2: Install database management systems DBMS and provide input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance 3: High Availability and Disaster Recovery for Oracle Databases 4: Expertise in managing Oracle databases in Cloud Azure
Technical Experience : 1: Must have Skills : Oracle Database Administration 2: Good to Have Skills : Microsoft SQL Server Database Administration, Service Delivery Skill, Cloud Infrastructure 3: The Oracle DBA is responsible for providing technical expertise in the analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of an existing high-volume, data intensive system 4: Position requires critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex issues involving performance analysis, data migration
Professional Attributes : 1: An ability to grasp new technologies quickly 2: Good time management skills and flexible 3: An ability to follow processes 4: Strong documentation skill 5: Good communication skills both written and verbal with the client
Educational Qualification : BE/BTech or equivalent
