Job Title: Oracle Data Analytics Lead (OAS + ODI)
Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan
Experience: 5+ Years
Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Data Analytics Lead to take end-to-end ownership of our Oracle-based Data & Analytics platform. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will architect, build, and deliver scalable data solutions while collaborating with global stakeholders across business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Oracle Data & Analytics platform (OAS, ODI, Data Lakehouse)
• Design and implement scalable Data Lakehouse architecture integrating on-premise and SaaS systems
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
• Integrate multiple data sources including Oracle ERP/Database and SaaS applications
• Build enterprise-level dashboards using Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) across finance, sales, and operations
• Design and implement data models (star schema, dimensional modeling)
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance optimization across pipelines
• Implement data governance, RBAC, and security frameworks
• Lead Agile/Scrum delivery, including sprint planning and execution
• Enable AI/ML-driven analytics use cases and advanced insights
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering & Analytics
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Oracle Analytics Server (OAS)
• Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
• Proven experience in designing Data Lakehouse architectures
• Strong knowledge of:
• Data Warehousing concepts
• Star schema & dimensional modeling
• Experience with Oracle ERP/Database and SaaS integrations
• Knowledge of RBAC, data governance, and security best practices
• Exposure to AI/ML integration in analytics workflows
Soft Skills:
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently in a cross-functional environment
• Comfortable working in US/International time zones
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
