We have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently hiring a Front Desk/Receptionist with billing and insurance experience in our Ophthalmology practice. You will play a vital role in managing patients while upholding our 5-star customer service standard. This full-time position requires proficiency in EHR systems, patient scheduling software, and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and math skills, along with attention to detail, are essential. With frequent patient interactions, the ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure is crucial. Previous experience in Vision Care is preferred, and experience with other ophthalmic responsibilities, such as Insurance Billing or Ophthalmic Technician, is a plus.
