Job Description
We’re looking for a Roller Driver to join our Surfacing team. You will keep our roads smooth, compact, and looking sharp.
The job
Operate rollers like a pro.
Keep the gear in good nick with daily checks.
Work with a crew that values safety and good banter.
Experience
Roller experience (roading/civil).
WTR endorsement and Class 2 licence.
A good attitude and a sense of humour – potholes happen!
You're passionate about what you do and genuinely take pride in a job well done. This is a physical role, so you need to be fit and well to carry out your duties. We offer a guaranteed 40 hours working week, and a competitive hourly rate.
You're big on health & safety in the workplace, dedicated to working safe and going home safe - and you expect the same of your work mates.
