Position Summary:
To ensure that all equipment in the process section (Blancher, SAPP / Dextrose System, Dryer, Fryer and Freezing) is operating to it’s full potential in order to supply the production line with the required quantity and quality of specified processed cut potatoes. Recording / monitoring of both quality / processed efficiencies while ensuring area and staff are hygienically clean
