• Supervising Schedule Adherence
• Supervising Team requirements and Metrics
• Handling research on product related issues
• Handling Team Updates
• Execution of Analysing QA, DSAT analysis and provide feedback to the team
• To share daily report on activities
• Participating in Client calls to share challenges and solutions to overcome
• Random audits on top call drivers, BQ agents’ transactions and share feedback
• Coaching and Feedback sessions for the associates who are having challenges
• To review escalations from associates to development team and assign those to the respective POCs
