Operations Support Executive Non Voice Process

Job Description :
• To provide operational support by close monitoring and trouble shooting.
• Ability to co-ordinate with peer group and client’s support team for daily tasks and escalations.
• Ability to interact using instant message tools like Slack, Skype etc. Willing to work in rotational shift.

Eligiblity :
• Freshers or those with upto 1 year experience
• Male Candidates Only
• Any degree with no backlogs
• Should be an immediate joiner
• Good Computer Operating Skills(Keyboard & Mouse Handling)
• Candidates pursuing college in regular / correspondence cannot be considered.
• Good English communication skills
• Should be located in closer proximity to our office in Gopalapuram (0kms-5kms radius)
