About the Role:
As Operations and Strategy associate, you will be working across multiple functions of the organization - managing key projects and driving key business outcomes. Some of the projects would be new initiatives to drive growth and improve branding, talent acquisition, plan and manage key events, client success etc. You will be closely working with the founding team and also multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive the new initiatives and growth.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage new initiatives related growth and brand building - across all businesses
• Develop the program plan for these initiatives - scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, timing
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive these initiatives
• Project manage the initiatives with regular cadences, reporting and analysis
• Manage some of the key HR areas like hiring key candidates, employee engagement, onboarding and talent branding and ensure right resources are onboarded as business grows
• Closely work with founder on some of the high priority tasks across functions and ensure timely execution and delivery
• Plan new internal initiatives for better learning and development and healthy/happy culture building
Requirement:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree from Tier I college
• 0 to 2 years of experience in tech startups in any growth or strategy role
• AI first approach - in thinking, planning and execution
• Open and flexible in your approach, able to adapt quickly to changing business needs
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong analytical skills and good business understanding
