Job Description
OPERATIONS - SOURCING EXECUTIVE Rigel Maritime Services
• Liaison with owners to take the requirements, sending the proposals and to follow-upon the approval.
• Taking care of initial screening of shortlisted applicants before proposing to owners.
• Liaison with vessel Captain for crew change schedules, visa requirements and relievers names.
• Liaison with vessel master and taking care of day to day requirement of vessel and Planning crew changes in advance, check availability of crew and compliance of all certificates and training.
• Liaising with port agent and arrange crew visa, Tickets ETC
• Liaison with flag authorities and apply for the flag documents of on signers.
• Taking care of personnel files, certification of all crew and upload in the system.
• Coordinating between Government departments/ Training Institutes for assisting officers/Ratings in obtaining their COC, CDC etc.
• Liaison with Officers and family members and giving assistance to families from outstation to join the vessel, including help in documentation, visas etc.
• Taking care of DG Shipping matters and update company profile on regular basis and Crew sign on / off procedures.
• Maintaining records of vessels certificates and Manning agreements for audit purpose
