Job Summary :We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager – Technical (MEP) to oversee andmanage plumbing, electrical, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services inMNC companies. The ideal candidate should have expertise in recruiting, training, andmanaging plumbers, electricians, and technical staff, along with excellent communicationand leadership skills to ensure high-quality facility maintenance services.Key Responsibilities:MEP Operations & Maintenance Management: Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of plumbing, electrical, and HVACsystems. Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance for MEP services in corporatebuildings. Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for technicalservices. Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality checks to maintain high servicestandards. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material procurement and equipmentservicing.Recruitment & Team Management: Hire, train, and onboard plumbers, electricians, and technical staff for MNC facilities. Develop recruitment strategies to attract skilled MEP technicians. Assign tasks, monitor staff performance, and ensure efficient resource allocation. Conduct regular training programs on safety protocols, equipment handling, andcompliance.Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for MNC clients regarding MEP services. Address client concerns, service requests, and ensure seamless operations. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and feedback sessions to enhance servicedelivery.Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards. Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures for MEP operations. Maintain records of equipment inspections, maintenance schedules, and safetyaudits.Budgeting & Cost Control: Manage operational budgets for MEP services. Optimize costs while ensuring high-quality maintenance and service standards. Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and technical service providers.
