About the Role
We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role combining on-site leadership across residential, commercial, and solar projects with office-based coordination, supported by a professional and close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on leadership and supervision
Carry out first fix, second fix, underground lead-ins, and testing for new homes
Interpret and follow electrical plans, drawings, and specifications
Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers and employers
Manage day-to-day communication, including handling emails and phone calls related to job scheduling and site requirements
Lead and mentor apprentices when required
Work safely and comply with WHS standards and electrical codes
What We’re Looking For
Current SA Electrical Licence
Current Driver’s Licence
White Card
Working at Heights
Experience in domestic electrical work (new builds, renovations, fault finding)
Solar and battery experience is preferred but not essential
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Great communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
