About C8 Energy

C8 Energy develops advanced lithium battery and supercapacitor solutions for the heavy-duty trucking industry across North America. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organized and hands-on Operations, Inventory & IT Systems Coordinator to help build and maintain the operational backbone of our business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, keeping systems organized, solving problems, and ensuring the right products are available at the right time. You'll work closely with our Operations team to manage inventory, optimize workflows, and support our internal technology systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day inventory of C8 products, lithium batteries, SkelStart modules, Fresco systems, cables, components, and service parts.
Implement and maintain complete product traceability from receiving through inventory, assembly, shipping, installation, and final customer delivery.
Maintain accurate inventory records and establish minimum stock levels.
Coordinate incoming shipments and outgoing deliveries with suppliers, installers, and customers.
Support purchasing activities and inventory planning alongside the Operations Manager.
Develop, document, and continuously improve internal operational procedures.
Manage and improve internal software tools and business systems.
Provide first-level IT support to employees for hardware, software, and Microsoft 365-related issues.
Assist in automating administrative and operational processes.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools for inventory and operations.
Help troubleshoot internal technical issues and participate in implementing long-term solutions.
Assist with preparing and organizing product kits before shipping and installation.
What We're Looking For

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with inventory management and operational processes.
Comfortable working with business software, Microsoft 365, and technology tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to document procedures and improve workflows.
Experience with ERP, inventory, or CRM systems is considered an asset.
Comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
Excellent communication skills in English; French is an asset.

Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) des opérations, de l'inventaire et des systèmes TI organisé(e), autonome et orienté(e) vers les solutions afin de soutenir le développement de notre infrastructure opérationnelle.

Ce poste est idéal pour une personne qui aime optimiser les processus, maintenir des systèmes bien structurés, résoudre des problèmes et s'assurer que les bons produits sont disponibles au bon moment. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe des opérations afin de gérer l'inventaire, améliorer les processus internes et soutenir nos outils technologiques.

Principales responsabilités

Assurer la gestion quotidienne de l'inventaire des produits C8, batteries au lithium, modules SkelStart, systèmes Fresco, câbles, composantes et pièces de service.
Mettre en place et maintenir une traçabilité complète des produits, de la réception jusqu'à la livraison finale chez le client.
Maintenir l'exactitude des inventaires et établir les seuils minimaux de réapprovisionnement.
Coordonner les réceptions et les expéditions avec les fournisseurs, les installateurs et les clients.
