About The Internship
Operational specialist required to perform a variety of tasks, including market research, tutor and user onboarding, cold-calling marketing, occasional sales calls, data entry, making profiles on the website, content correction, and proofreading.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Understand the company's overall concept, including the brand, customer, and product goals.
Rotates through our divisions of responsibility and provides ideas to grow & improve the business.
Researches, proposes ideas & solutions, & presents final project during internship.
Engages with customers or clients & provides service &/or sales.
Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service & internal processes.
Learns & becomes proficient on backend software systems.
Assists in creating performance reports
Maintains database by entering new and updated client & customer and account information.
Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures & reporting needed changes.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms
Experience with content creation a plus, even if not professionally
