OPERATIONS & FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE

Krimaa Beauty is looking for an Operations & Fulfillment Associate to manage inventory, order fulfillment, warehouse operations, shipping coordination, and returns.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys creating organized systems and ensuring every customer order is packed and delivered accurately.

ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfillment
• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders.
• Ensure packaging meets brand standards.
• Conduct quality checks before shipment.
• Manage daily order processing.

Inventory Management
• Track inventory across all products and shades.
• Maintain accurate stock records.
• Conduct periodic stock audits.
• Monitor low-stock levels and provide reorder alerts.

Shipping & Logistics
• Coordinate daily pickups with the logistics partner.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain shipping records and fulfillment reports.

Returns & Exchanges
• Process customer returns and exchanges.
• Coordinate reverse logistics.
• Update inventory for returned products.

Warehouse Operations
• Organize inventory storage and stock movement.
• Maintain cleanliness and efficiency within the warehouse.
• Manage packaging and shipping material inventory.

Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, warehouse operations, logistics, or fulfillment. (OPTIONAL)
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable with physical order packing and inventory handling.
• Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Self-driven, organized, and reliable.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,500.00 per month
