We are one of the biggest insurance brokerage houses in the UAE and looking for a Operations Executive-Medical Insurance for a home-based position to start immediately.

In order to qualify for the role, you should be available as per the working hours and interested in a long-term committed project.
Duties and Responsibilities
Handling day to day operations on group medical insurance policies - endorsements, deletions, claims assistance and support, other client queries, payment follow up and account reconciliation.
Serve as a liaison between customers and insurance companies in order to relay customer issues and track progress of resolution.
Well-versed on medical insurance coverages, forms and endorsements, as well as documents needed to be included in a complete underwriting submission.
Interaction with clients to maintain existing business
The role requires health insurance presales assistance
Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree from a reputed university
Ideal candidates should have prior customer service and administrative or operational experience from a BPO
Confident in providing prompt and consistent administrative service support.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong MS Office skills and aptitude in working in multiple platforms
Work Remotely:
YesHours: 51.5 hours per week
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM GST Mondays to Fridays or +:00 AM to 6:30 PM GST Mondays to Fridays
and +:00 AM to 1:00 pm GST Saturdays
Technical Requirements:Laptop or Desktop (Core i5 10th or 11th gen, 6-8gb ram, 500gb - 1TB hard disk) with webcam
Noise Cancelling Headset (USB based headset)
Internet speed - Download speed of minimum 15Mbps, ping below 5, and mobile data as back-up
Uninterrupted power supply up to 4 hours backup
