Job Description
Support & provide customer service via Calls/chat/emails
2. Handling customer queries.
3. Complete responsibility of managing and maintaining the Clients.
4. Meeting the expectations of the customers and other duties as assigned.
5. Build relationships with the given client accounts to get repeat business.
6. Should be able to answer servicing questions.
7. Provide prompt solutions for the queries and should execute them.
8. Be polite in calls/chat/emails and maintain the quality in every conversation they handle for the entire day.

10. Dealing Internationally with US, UK and Australian clients

Salary: ₹16,143.00 - ₹25,080.00 per month
