We are looking for an Operations executive to join our corporate team on a part time basis, working 3 days a week.
Operational Support
• Coordinating with different departments to streamline operations
• Providing rounded support to the Operational Teams; People, Talent Acquisition, Marketing and L&D
• Provide other support as necessary, including scheduling managing sales processes, group meetings, maintaining calendars, research, reports and presentations.
• Provide support for the processing of new joiners & leavers – admin only
• Research based assignments for engagement activities
Office Management
• Serve as the point person for all office and building related queries (e.g. stationery, Hardware etc.)
• Manage all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
• Support with ad hoc travel bookings
• Liaise with building management vendors, including repairs and security services
• Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls
• Partner with the wider Operations Team develop and maintain office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
• Processing of all office management related expenses and assisting with wider business expenses
• Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, design and implement new systems
• Overseeing the maintenance and functionality of office equipment
Resource, Technology and Systems Management
• Overseeing the use and maintenance of the Sales Tech Stack
• Manage all issues raised by the sales team regarding tech stack performance & technical faults. Typically, resolved in partnership support and/or suppliers.
• Managing relationships with external vendors and suppliers
• Generate Ad-Hoc ROI reports where needed to be shared with the wider Operations Team to provide insight into the effectiveness of various tech-stack investments
• Ensure data security and confidentiality.
Salary: £35,000 (pro-rata)
