Job Description
Organization: Tricon Global Services Pvt. Ltd.
Position: Operations Executive (Night Shift)
Job timing: 7 pm to 4 am (only drop is available)
Location: Goregaon- West, Mumbai
Job time: Night Shift (Only Male candidates apply for this job)
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Managing and paying invoices (freight invoices, trucking invoices, packaging invoices, supplier invoices)
• Managing inventory
• Proficient with excel
• Experience with any ERP system
• Making bookings with freight forwarders or with shipping lines
• Coordinating with warehouses and truckers
• Check bookings on port and make sure loaded containers are in-gated
• Submit shipping instructions to the shipping lines
• Checking BL drafts
Desired Skills and Experience:
To qualify, successful applicants must possess:
• Minimum Qualifications: Graduate
• Experience of 2-4 years
• Proficient with Excel and ERP system
• Preferred with Shipping background
