Job Description
Job Title: Executive – International Operations
Department: Operations
Location:
The role is responsible for managing end-to-end international shipment operations, including export/import documentation, coordination with destination offices, customs-related activities, and operational follow-ups. The incumbent will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth execution of high-value, low-value, luxury, fine art, and FTZ-related shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end export and import documentation for international shipments.
• Coordinate with internal teams, airlines, agents, and destination offices for smooth shipment execution.
• Follow up on shipment status, customs clearance, and operational activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage operational handling of high-value shipments, low-value shipments, CSB5 shipments, luxury products, fine art, paintings, and FTZ-related movements.
• Maintain and update destination duty and tariff matrix for operational and client reference.
• Coordinate with customs and internal stakeholders for shipment clearance and compliance-related activities.
• Ensure proper documentation, accuracy, and adherence to operational SOPs.
• Support billing coordination and ensure timely closure of operational documentation.
• Resolve operational issues proactively and maintain regular communication with stakeholders.
• Maintain shipment records, reports, and operational trackers accurately.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• 2–6 years of experience in international operations, freight forwarding, logistics, or customs handling.
• Good understanding of export/import documentation and shipment coordination.
• Exposure to high-value shipments, or customs-related activities will be preferred.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and operational systems.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
