Operations Assistant at Hitianland Ltd.
We are looking to hire an Operations Assistant to help us launch and support the opening of our restaurants in London. We are well funded company and looking to enter the UK market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to help build strong operational foundations from the ground up. While this is a role in the hospitality sector, we are looking for someone who has varied experience of working across industries. We need someone who is driven, passionate, deep business understanding and has strong commercial acumen.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory) - business degree preferred
Experience in hiring, training and tracking performance of staff
You should have exceptional writing skills to write SOPs and business learnings
Solid understanding of business and operational challenges
Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and evolving situations
High sense of ownership and accountability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5-7 years of experience working in an operations role in a restaurant
Key Responsibilities
Work across a variety of company projects that evolve based on business needs
Collaborate closely with internal teams across functions
Conduct deep research and analysis to support decision-making
Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely delivery
Demonstrate resourcefulness in identifying and coordinating with the right people to execute projects
Be available to work on weekends as required
Ability to prepare SOPs, deploy them and train the team on them
Monitor team performance and ability to influence senior staff
Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
