Job Overview:
Rajvesh is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented female Operations Executive to manage vendor coordination and ensure timely dispatch of customer parcels. This role is essential in maintaining smooth backend operations and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely procurement and order fulfillment.
Oversee daily parcel dispatches and maintain accurate tracking records.
Prepare and manage dispatch documents (invoices, shipping labels, etc.).
Maintain stock records and inform relevant teams of any discrepancies.
Handle courier pickups and resolve any shipping-related issues.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Candidate Requirements:
Female candidates only (as per in-office operational requirements).
Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, dispatch, or logistics preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, etc.).
Punctual, responsible, and able to handle pressure.
