Operations Executive (E-commerce)
Job Description
We are a fast-growing premium e-commerce brand in the luxury fashion space, currently in a high-growth expansion phase. We are building a scalable, process-driven operations system to support domestic and international orders.
Role: Operations Executive (E-commerce)
We are looking for a high-ownership, detail-oriented Operations Executive who can manage daily business operations across customer experience, dispatch, and internal coordination.
This is a core role with direct impact on revenue, customer satisfaction, and scale.
Key Responsibilities1. Customer Experience (Primary)
Handle customer queries (WhatsApp, Instagram, Email)
Resolve order issues, returns, delays
Maintain quick response time (within 1–2 hours)
Ensure premium customer communication (aligned with luxury brand tone)
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
Coordinate with warehouse for daily dispatches
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
Handle COD orders, cancellations, RTOs
Maintain dispatch accuracy (near zero error)
3. Hiring & Team Coordination
Assist in hiring interns / junior roles
Schedule interviews and coordinate onboarding
Track team tasks and ensure execution
4. Operations Support
Maintain order data, sheets, dashboards
Coordinate with marketing & founder on campaigns
Identify issues and suggest process improvements
Help build SOPs for scaling operations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹33,273.94 per month
