Kindly note this role is only open to Korean speakers
JOB SUMMARY
Main responsibility involves handling incoming customer calls and requests in line from the Korean emergency line in line with our quality standards, procedures and guidelines in order to sell and promote reservations and products.
Exceeding the customer’s service expectations while converting requests into reservations. Negotiating with hotels and local supplier for rates, services and general conditions.
REQUIRED AND DESIRED EXPERIENCE
• Experience in Tour operator / Travel agent and / or Hotel Reservations department or front desk would be a distinct advantage.
• Good Korean and English language is a MUST
• Second / Third foreign language at a good writing and speaking level is a strong advantage.
• Insight into Tour operators and or Hotel operations, basic knowledge of revenue management.
• Being able to work both in a team & independently when necessary
• Excellent organizational and negotiating skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Track all reservations by our clients and provide the customer with a timely and efficient response.
• Tracking enquiries made via the company website.
• Making reservations on the phone and via e-mail.
• Working as part of a team, to ensure that all customers receive a high-quality service.
• General administrative tasks as assigned by the line manager.
PLACE OF WORK AND WORKING HOURS
India (Remote)
The role involves working on both Saturdays and Sundays. Weekly days off will be assigned on a weekday, according to the roster.
Indian Time (IST)
08 : 30 AM - 05 : 30 PM
10 : 30 AM -07 : 30 PM
