We are inviting Expressions of Interest for an upcoming opportunity supporting a high‑availability national facilities environment. This role acts as the operational hub between monitoring centres, field teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.
As the Operations Engineering Specialist, you will drive safe, compliant, and timely delivery of reactive works while ensuring data accuracy, SLA performance, and strong operational accountability across the portfolio.
The Position:
Lead the Access Verification Form (AVF) process during business hours
Review SWMS, permits, and compliance documentation prior to contractor mobilisation
Monitor SLA performance for reactive works and drive accountability across field teams
Maintain accurate data across CMMS and client systems
Lead root cause analysis, failure trend reporting, and vendor performance escalation

Minimum Criteria:
Experience in reactive maintenance coordination or operations management
Strong analytical capability and confidence working with CMMS platforms
Ability to manage competing priorities under SLA pressure
Highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong problem‑solving capability and attention to detail
