We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to handle coordination, data management, team management, and execution of registered mortgage and MODT processes. The candidate should have strong experience in banking or NBFC operations, property documentation, registered mortgage, and MODT execution.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with multiple banks and NBFCs for mortgage and MODT-related work.
Coordinate with Sub-Registrar Offices across Rajasthan.
Manage execution of registered mortgage and MODT documentation.
Maintain and manage operational data accurately.
Track case duration, status, and pending requirements.
Handle email coordination and follow-ups professionally.
Coordinate with clients, bank officials, internal teams, and registration authorities.
