Warehouse Operations Driver Support Delivery
Salary: $48,000–$58,000 per year
PF Zera Delivers is expanding into the Seattle market, and we’re looking for the right person to help us build it.
This isn’t just another warehouse job. We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership, and helping build efficient operations from the ground up.
As our Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in launching our Seattle operation by managing daily warehouse activities, supporting independent contractors, coordinating freight, and completing deliveries when needed.

What You’ll Do
Receive and organize incoming freight
Prepare and stage daily delivery routes
Coordinate and support Independent Contractor Drivers
Verify freight accuracy and resolve shipment discrepancies
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse
Complete local deliveries when operationally needed
Communicate with dispatch, customers, and company leadership
Help improve processes as our Seattle operation grows
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of warehouse, logistics, transportation, or distribution experience preferred
Bilingual Spanish/English
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working independently and making decisions
Previous experience coordinating deliveries or drivers is a plus
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
Positive attitude and willingness to grow with a small, expanding company
