You will work closely with leaders across the business to drive consistency, improve ways of working and identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, loves solving problems and takes genuine pride in making things run smoothly behind the scenes.

Coordinate meeting notes and action tracking to ensure accountability and follow-through across key initiatives.

About You
You are highly organised, naturally curious and thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same. You enjoy bringing order to complexity and take a proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes. You are equally comfortable supporting day-to-day operations, managing multiple priorities and working collaboratively with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
