Job Description
About the job:
Key responsibilities:
1. Answer customer calls (approximately 10-15 calls per day) and resolve queries professionally.
2. Arrange customer pickups and exchanges with courier partners.
3. Track and manage RTO (return to origin) orders.
4. Maintain daily operational reports, including:
i. Number of parcels shipped each day.
ii. Number of pickups and exchanges completed.
iii. Call tracking sheet (customer concerns, feedback, and unresolved issues).
iv. RTO tracking sheet with reasons for returns.
v. Defective product sheet with detailed defect reports.
5. Coordinate with the warehouse and customer support team to ensure smooth order processing.
6. Identify recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements.
7. Ensure all records are updated accurately and on time.

• 7. Should be reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting deadlines.
• 8. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
• 9. Candidates residing near the office location will be preferred.
