Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for business management, data analysis, and project contract management.
Review and optimize business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend system or process improvements.
Manage after-sales processes, including payment workflows, reimbursement approvals, and major project payment processes.
Oversee after-sales logistics tracking, shipping/receiving operations, warranty case follow-up, and old equipment recovery.
Handle spare parts management, including purchase order creation, inventory checks, quarterly stocktaking, and warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, and transfers).
Coordinate project activities, including PO contract entry and tracking of project progress.
Develop user documentation, provide training, and assist in deploying functional solutions, ensuring quality and usability through testing and implementation.
Utilize data modelling and specification techniques to support system development, manage system updates, and maintain data accuracy related to business and projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
1+ years experience in project coordination, operations, or logistics.
Proven experience in using SAP is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
Ability in multitasking.
Must have an Australia working visa for 3 years.
