Role Description

This full-time, on-site role, located in Jaipur, is for an Operations and Facility Manager. The selected individual will oversee the hospital’s day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functionality of facilities and adherence to medical and safety standards.

Responsibilities include managing hospital infrastructure, coordinating with staff and vendors, maintaining resources and equipment, and optimizing operational efficiency. The role demands effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to maintain exceptional patient care and service standards.

Qualifications
• Strong organizational and time management skills for overseeing operations and facility management.
• Proficiency in vendor coordination, resource allocation, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of healthcare safety standards, facility maintenance, and quality control processes.
• Leadership and team management abilities to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills under time-sensitive conditions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Experience in hospital or healthcare facility management is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
