At Electromega, we are looking for an organized, proactive individual known for their excellent customer service skills to support our teams and contribute to the success of our operations.

Your daily tasks

Follow up on orders and customer files
Coordinate equipment returns, repairs, and shipments
Prepare quotes and various administrative documents
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and partners
Support procurement activities and internal operations

Experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative support
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirement Linguistics

Knowledge of English is required as the successful candidate will communicate with clients, suppliers, and partners located outside of Quebec, as well as consult technical documentation, equipment manuals, and software available only in English.
