['Leads enterprise-level petroleum logistics analysis for DoD operations in the Korea Area of Responsibility, covering aviation, naval, and ground fuel distribution and inventory management.', 'Designs and evaluates complex strategic energy initiative using qualitative and quantitative methods to improve efficiency, readiness, and operational effectiveness across DLA Energy programs.', 'Interprets and implements DoD and DLA Energy policies, developing process improvements and operational guidance for pipeline and fuel distribution systems.', 'Conducts program and performance analyses to identify process gaps, assess resource constraints, and recommend corrective actions in response to evolving mission and operational requirements.', 'Develops and executes project plans for strategic initiatives, establishing measurable performance metrics, evaluating outcomes, and briefing leadership on risks, impacts, and recommended courses of action.', 'Serves as a senior advisor and coordination lead with DLA Energy leadership, military stakeholders, and external partners to align energy programs with mission priorities and long-range operational goals'] Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
