Coordination of Logistic activities for multiple clients/warehouses:
· Daily KPI – Inbound (Unloading/GRN, Order Performance, Dispatch Performance, Delivery Performance, POD Performance, Returns, Inventory/Bin Accuracy, Space Utilization, SIT Etc.
· Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS Reports
· Warehouse Hygiene – Product Handling, Storage (Stacking/Bin Management), Cleanliness of Floor, Office, Washrooms, Surroundings (Schedules and effectiveness)
· Warehouse Safety Periodic Updates – PPE, First Aid, MHE, HDR, SAR, CCTV, DG set, Air conditioners etc.
· Fire safety Periodic Updates - Fire Hydrant, Sprinklers, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Alarms, Smoke detectors
· Training and Training Records – Fire Safety, Mock Drills
· Daily/weekly/Monthly Reviews with Clients (Logistics, Sales, Transporter)
· Cost Management – Reviews
· Client/Warehouse/CRM teams Coordination
· Management Reviews
· MBA/Post Graduate/SCM degree.
· A minimum of 2 years’ experience in supply chain.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
· Analytical and Presentation Skills.
· Superior knowledge about CFA operations
· A team player with leadership skills.
· Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
